This Panchayat season 3 star once worked in adult films to make ends meet

Panchayat season 3 is streaming on Amazon Prime Video and people have praised the storyline. Well, actor Durgesh Kumar who plays the role of Bhushan alias Banrakas in Panchayat Season 3 has been winning hearts with his exceptional performance. However, in an interview with DNA, the actor spoke about his struggling days and revealed that he was forced to work in an adult movie.

Durgesh Kumar worked in adult films

Actor Durgesh Kumar spoke his heart out about the lack of opportunities in the interview and said that he cannot live without acting. So he took up any work that came his way as he was confident in his abilities. He said that he is getting work now, which is a big deal, else, where would we fit?

The actor said that no one takes him in the action genre and at least with comedy, he gets these chances which he feels good about. In another interview with The Lallantop, Durgesh revealed that one must be mentally prepared for the struggles in the entertainment industry.

Durgesh Kumar was in depression?

The actor said that one needs to be psychologically, physically, mentally, emotionally and economically prepared to be an actor. He even revealed that in the past 11 years, he went through depression twice.

On the work front, Durgesh has been part of Highway, Sultan, Feaky Ali, Bahen Hogi Teri, Sanju, Dhadak and Bombairiya and Laapataa Ladies.

Talking about Panchayat, it was written by Chandan Kumar and directed by Deepak Kumar Mishra. The web series stars Jitendra Kumar, Raghubir Yadav, Neena Gupta, Chandan Roy, Biswapati Sarkar, Sunita Rajwar, Pankaj Jha, Ashok Pathak, Sanvikaa, Rajesh Jais and Aasif Khan in main roles.
