Swara recalled that a casting director told her that they often get a brief for an actress like Swara. She was asked why they did not cast her and she said that they do not want controversies to happen and said that there is a fear. Swara even mentioned that a lot of people offer her support when they stop her in the streets or talk to her at airports. She even said that some of them told her that it was foolish of her that she destroyed her career. She even said that her brother is her biggest supporter and he gets the most angry that she shoots herself in the foot. On the work front, Swara was last seen in Jahaan Chaar Yaar which was released in 2022. Swara got married in February to politician Fahad Ahmad and welcomed their first child, a baby girl named Raabiyaa.
