The actor-turned-politician added when their daughter informs them about her marriage plans they will only bless the couple, “We wish her all happiness always”. Shatrughan even added that her daughter is an adult and has all the rights to decide for herself. He even went on to add in the same interview that he would be the first one to dance at the baarat and in the first row. Shatrughan highlighted how today’s kids don’t seek their parent’s permission but they just inform,” All I can say is, aaj kal ke bachche consent nahin lete maa-baap ke, sirf inform karte hain”.
