After Sonakshi Sinha and Zaheer Iqbal‘s wedding, reports emerged that Shatrughan Sinha has been hospital. The veteran actor who had been traveling a lot for the elections and then for the wedding, was admitted to Kokilaben hospital in Mumbai. Soon the rumours spread that he had to undergo a surgery. However, his son Luv Sinha clarified over interviews that Shatrughan Sinha had to be hospitalised as he had fever and hasn’t undergone any surgery. Now the actor himself has made a remark about his hospitalisation. Breaking the silence he said, “Arrey bhai, mujhe surgery hui aur mujhe khud nahin maloom (If I had surgery, wouldn’t I know?)” He was then asked to reveal the reason behind his hospitalisation. The actor stated that it was a normal routine check-up and nothing more. He recommends that everyone over 60 does it. He mentioned that he is no longer that ‘hot-blooded-energy-driven’ young man who could do three shifts a day and then party. He stated that he needs to slow down. The actor had been discharged now and is back home. Shatrughan Sinha also spoke about his daughter Sonakshi Sinha and Zaheer Iqbal’s wedding. He added, “Thanks to the Almighty, my daughter is happily married now. As for the naysayers who are not happy, I have nothing to say to them.” There has been a lot of commotion around Sonakshi Sinha and Zaheer Iqbal’s wedding due to her brother’s absence from the events. Luv Sinha did not attend the wedding and through social media, he even confirmed the same. Earlier, he said that family will always come first for him. In the next tweet, he shared an excerpt from Telegraph article talking about Zaheer’s father and his connections. With this he wrote, “The reasons are very clear as to why I didn’t attend, and would not associate with some people no matter what.”
