Post the incident, Lawrence Bishnoi’s brother reportedly took responsibility of the attack. Blackbuck are said to be considered as Holy by the Bishnoi community. Salman Khan and his family have been receiving threats from Lawrence Bishnoi and gang for a while. However, now the leader of Bishnoi society has stated that they are willing for forgive Salman Khan if he apologises. Somy Ali who is Salman Khan‘s ex-girlfriend issued a public apology on behalf of the Tiger 3 actor asking for his forgiveness from the Bishnoi community. Reacting to it, the President of the All India Bishnoi Society, Davendra Budiya stated that the community would consider forgiving Salman Khan if he visits the temple and asks for forgiveness. As per a report in news agency IANS, Davendra Budiya said, “If Salman himself apologizes, the Bishnoi society will consider the apology. The mistake was not made by Somy Ali, but it was committed by Salman.” The statement further read that Salman Khan should take an oath that he won’t make a similar mistake ever again. He should also work to protect wildlife and conserve the environment. “If he does this, a decision of the society to forgive him will be considered,” reportedly quoted Davendra Budiya.
