The deposit is around Rs 6 lakh and the monthly rent is around Rs 2.06 lakh. The documents that have been accessed Zapkey state that the plot size of the bungalow is around Rs 3754 sq ft. Out of the total area, the built up area is around 2180 sq ft. The garden is 2232 sq ft and the basement area is of 950 sq ft. There is an additional parking space too. The Live and License agreement is made between Madhu Chopra, Sidharth Chopra and the co-living and co-working firm. The property is said to be stationed in Pune’s Koregoan Park.
