Pankaj Jha has grabbed the limelight for some controversial remarks he reportedly made on actor Pankaj Tripathi and filmmaker-actor Anruag Kashyap. For the uninitiated, Jha labeled Kashyap a liar and spineless. He also criticized Tripathi for glamorizing his personal struggles.

In a recent interview with indianexpress.com, Pankaj Jha clarified his stance and said that his statements were misrepresented by the media. He also claimed that he never mentioned Tripathi’s name and that his words were twisted for sensationalism. He even added that people can go and listen to his interviews. He also said that he has not mentioned anyone’s name in his interviews. He called it a childish thing and said that why will he go talk all this to anybody. He even said that becoming an actor is not the ultimate achievement.

Pankaj said that the media made up stories to gain attention and recognition. He continued saying that this news makes no sense as he is friends with Pankaj Tripathi and they have worked together in films. Jha said that Tripathi is his junior and like his brother. He even asked why he goes around talking ill about them and said that the news of him calling him spineless is all things twisted and made up.

Jha also addressed his relationship with Anurag Kashyap and spoke about missing the role despite their past collaborations in Black Friday and Gulal films. Jha criticized the industry’s spineless individuals who failed to voice their opinions. He even said that he holds no complaints and loves Anurag Kashyap.
