He called the film ‘Solid, Sincere and Supreme.’ He then went on to praise direct Kabir Khan for making this ‘brave and inspiring’ tale. He added that it is like a love letter to the human spirit. Karan Johar did not forget to mention Kartik Aaryan. Calling Chandu Champion a must watch film, he wrote, “Kartik Aaryan gives his career-best performance with a humane and honest portrayal… A must watch.” Kartik and Karan Johar’s bond has always been the talk of the town, but it looks like the actor’s performance has actually left an impact on the filmmaker.
