Gaurav Khanna who plays Anuj Kapadia in the show says he has no clue from where these rumours started surfacing about his exit from the Rupali Ganguly starrer TV show. He doesn’t see any truth in these rumours and offers that he is very much committed to the show. Gaurav says that the reports and the rumours are baseless. He adds that a lot of fake news keeps surfacing online. While Gaurav understands that people love the show and will have their own thoughts and perceptions about it, the reports of him leaving the show are not true. The actor instead has urged all the fans to keep watching Anupamaa as the entire cast and crew are working very hard to get them episodes daily. Gaurav Khanna strongly reacts to his exit rumours from Anupamaa Gaurav Khanna also adds that social media is a powerful tool and people should be able to differentiate between right and wrong. He suggests people should read and forget it. He says unless people from the production house themselves say such things or make such statements, they should not believe it. Furthermore, Gaurav adds, “It’s not my first show, I have been on television for quite a long period now. I understand how fake news should be dealt with, it’s better not to respond to it,” reasoning that he responded only when everyone made a huge deal out of it.
